How to meditate?
Take some time off and abide by the “Seer”. The “Seer” or the “Enjoyer” or the “Doer” is all the time active, and now is the time for the doer to abide in the being; the seer to abide in the Nature of the Seer. The Seer is lost in scenery, and now its time for the seer to come back from the scenery to the seer. This is Yoga. Yoga is going back to your own center. Just do it!
